You'll start your experience with us by heading to our 'Book Appointment' page and
selecting the appropriate service under the "New Guest" tab.

You'll input your information to complete your booking and receive a text and email confirmation
to let you know you're all set for your selected date + time with your preferred stylist.

Please complete our New Guest Form that will be attached to your reminder email
before your appointment, adding any notes you'd like us to know about you or your hair.

On the day of your appointment, you'll arrive and be greeted by a warm smile from
our friendly front desk team.

Your stylist will then greet you and take you back to their chair where they'll
walk you through a thorough consultation process where the focus is solely on YOU!

We will ask you all about your hair history, and we want to know it all!
We will discuss not just the first visit, but a long-term plan to ensure all of your goals are met!

Your service will be completely customized to you, based on your face shape, coloring,
lifestyle, maintenance commitment, budget and overall goals.

Tips and tricks are always shared throughout your experience.
We'll wrap up your visit by sharing our product recommendations for at home care
so you know how to protect your investment.
